COURSES
Please send One Advert at a time to avoid confusion and confirm only by e-mail. (Unless otherwise stated) Type the name of the Page you wish to advertise on, as your "subject" in your e-mail. Sizes up to a maximum of 640x480 pixels at 72 dpi (no more than 1mb compressed in total please). Tell us a few details we can print about the Location or Event (approximately 50 words). All Adds received will be processed ASAP within our time zone, at the editors sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse material or adverts we feel unfit for our site, a complete refund will be given. The sender must have the copyright owners permission for any use under these terms in the works sent and absolve GetBetterPictures.com and it's editors of any copyright infringements that may take place either knowingly or otherwise, and in any works that have visual copyright infringement of the subject matter i.e.: company logos or model releases, etc.
We reserve the right to check copyright ownership if necessary. (You should have peoples permission or pet owners permission if you are to send pictures of them). Copyright in the Photographs you send will remain with you or the original owner of the works at all times, but by sending them to us you grant GetBetterPictures.com the rights with out charge to publish your photographs on this site and any promotional publicity that may be linked to the pages, you also grant the rights for them to alter, adjust or crop pictures as they feel required for these purposes.
The Editors decision is final in all matters. If you wish to discuss these terms please do so by e-mail Please keep your original prints or files, and send us only a Digital Copy, they are your responsibility, No Photograph Digital Files will be returned and we will accept no responsibility for any loss damage or corruption that may be in files sent. We agree only to place your work as required to fit our page designs and our decisions are final in a dispute, we will of course endeavour towards an amicable conclusion within 30 days of starting design.
